Bruising can occur before the flowers are received, during handling, or as part of the natural preservation process. These areas are a normal characteristic of real flowers and are not considered defects. Every preserved piece is unique, and these natural variations are part of what makes your artwork one of a kind.

While I take every precaution to minimize bubbles, resin is a handcrafted medium and tiny microbubbles can occasionally occur. These subtle variations are a natural part of handmade resin art and make each piece truly one of a kind.

Because every order is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. I take the time to discuss every design in detail before production begins to ensure you're confident in your order.

Every piece is handcrafted and timelines vary depending on the project.

⭐ Small resin pieces: approximately 72 hours–2 weeks

⭐ Floral preservation: 3–6 months, depending on the flowers and preservation process

Real flowers naturally change as they are preserved. Over time, resin artwork may also develop a warm amber tone when exposed to sunlight or as it ages. This is a natural characteristic of preserved botanicals and resin and does not affect the integrity of your artwork. To help preserve your piece, display it away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

At Tristen's Trademark, every piece is handcrafted and custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns & Cancellations

• Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

• Please ensure all design details, personalization, and order information are correct before approving your order.

• No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed.

Product Care

Each piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before leaving our studio. Because resin artwork and preserved floral pieces are delicate, please handle your artwork with care upon arrival.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Tristenstrademarkllc@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email when their order is ready.

• Pickup must be completed within 72 hours of the notification unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

• If a pickup notification is ignored and no communication is received within 72 hours, Tristen's Trademark reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and may resell the item without refund.

Shipped Orders

If your order requires a separate shipping invoice, the shipping balance must be paid in full before your order will be shipped.
