Let’s get these blooms snug in their new form!

“How do I ship my flowers to you? I am out of town / do not live near you.”

Method 1: Re-hydrating and Packaging - I can send an example video on this.

Refreshing your floral arrangement : Start by trimming the stems and placing them in a vase of water for a few hours. This will help revitalize the blooms!

Prepare the packaging materials: Find a box that is approximately 1.5 times larger than your flowers. Fill the box with recycled brown paper or brown paper packing shreds to create a cushioning layer.

Wrap the stems: Take the bouquet or stems out of the water and wrap a wet paper towel around the bottom. Then put them back in the box, or in their vase to ship upright in the box. This will make it so they are not being thrown around, but in a sturdy environment.

Gently lay your flowers inside the box on top of the cushioning material. Make sure they are arranged in a way that prevents them from moving around during transit.

Fill the remaining space: Fill any empty spaces in the box with more paper to secure the flowers in place and prevent shifting.

Pack any keepsakes: If you have any keepsakes to include, place them in a bag and tape them to a paper / notify me so I can be aware as well.

Ship your flowers: Take the securely packaged box to a UPS or FedEx location and choose overnight shipping to ensure the flowers reach us quickly and in good condition. ( I will provide an address once I see your order.)

Notify me: After shipping your flowers, send me an email, or text me if I texted you or message on the social media platform you originally messaged me on so I am informed they have been shipped. This helps me keep track of your package.

Method 2: Water Tube Packaging

Purchase water tubes: Buy a pack of 25 water tubes on Amazon or at Walmart. These tubes will help keep your flowers hydrated during transit.

Cut and place the stems: Trim your flower stems to around 6 inches in length. Fill each water tube with fresh water and place a single stem in each tube.

Prepare the packaging materials: Find a box that is approximately 1.5 times larger than your flowers. Fill the box with recycled brown paper or brown packing paper shreds.

Layer the flowers in the box: Softly lay the water tube-encased flowers inside the box. Layer the flowers and tubes, ensuring they are well-supported and won't move around during shipping.

Fill the remaining space: Fill any empty spaces in the box with more grocery bags or tissue paper to prevent shifting and provide additional cushioning.

Pack any keepsakes: If you have any keepsakes to include, place them in a bag and tape them to a paper / notify me so I can be aware as well.

Ship your flowers: Take the well-packaged box to a UPS or FedEx location and choose overnight shipping for a swift and safe delivery.

Notify me: After shipping your flowers, send me an email, or text me if I texted you or message on the social media platform you originally messaged me on so I am informed they have been shipped. This helps me keep track of your package.
